Morning Movement

Begin your Saturday with a guided 10am yoga flow in The Secret Garden, led by our Wellness Concierge. Combining gentle movement and mindful breathing, the class takes place in one of the hotel's most tranquil settings.

Following the class, guests can enjoy iced lattes, matchas or smoothies from The Recharge Bar and a relaxed post-class social.
