Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a refund can be made on items returned within 14 days of receipt or an exchange can be made with 28 days of receipt of the items.
We can provide the refund on items provided they are returned in an unused condition that is fit for resale, with original packaging and tags within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. We can only refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type.
Exchanges or store credit can be given on items provided they are returned in an unused condition that is fit for resale, with original packaging and tags within 28 days of receipt of the purchase.
Returns and exchanges can be made on full or partial transactions. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we have a no questions asked policy. On certain items, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the item is faulty or not as described. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your item back, we will notify you by email and our team will inspect the item. Once inspected and approved, we will issue the refund (or store credit for exchanges) and you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
